This page is a draft. Specific licences and regulatory information will be published once confirmed.
1. Customer due diligence
Merchant onboarding requires corporate documentation and passes review; the Platform may request additional material and applies enhanced due diligence to higher-risk merchants.
2. Transaction monitoring
Built-in rules include blacklists, per-transaction and cumulative limits and frequency controls; hits are logged and reviewed by operations.
3. Record keeping
Transaction, approval and audit records are retained in full; every movement of funds traces back to its initiator, approver and supporting document.
4. Suspicious activity
The Platform may suspend suspicious transactions, freeze related funds and report to competent authorities as required by applicable law.
5. Continuous improvement
Regular third-party penetration tests and independent code reviews; security and compliance policies are updated as regulations and risks evolve.
