101101 Pay

Cross-border payouts, with fund safety built as verifiable mechanisms

We do not promise "absolute security". We make sure every movement of every dollar has a ledger entry, an approval and a reconciliation. Merchants initiate payouts from the portal or the open API; we deliver the funds to overseas beneficiaries.

Why 101 Pay

We break "reliable" down into mechanisms you can inspect

Balances never move on their own

Balances are derived from a double-entry ledger. No back-office function can edit a balance directly. Every freeze, debit and release traces back to a document.

When in doubt, funds stay put

If the upstream result is unknown we neither auto-refund nor auto-resend. The order enters a manual adjudication queue and is verified first. This is the line against double payment.

Two people and two factors for critical actions

Deposit confirmation, reversals, disbursements and fund adjudication require different accounts for initiator and approver, plus a live verification code.

Two ways to integrate

Finance staff use the merchant portal; engineering teams use the open API with RSA signatures, IP allow-lists and ready-to-run samples.

How a payout flows

Four steps, each one documented

  1. 1

    Pre-fund

Wire funds, then file a deposit request in the portal. After the funds are verified, a second reviewer confirms the credit.

  2. 2

    Initiate a payout

Pick the payout currency and enter beneficiary details in the portal or via API. The full fee breakdown is shown before you submit.

  3. 3

    Freeze and pay

Submission freezes the funds and the platform pays the beneficiary. Orders in progress are never paid twice.

  4. 4

    Confirm the result

Read the final state from the portal or the query API: success debits the frozen funds; confirmed failure releases them.
