Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-02

This page is a draft. It will be reviewed by legal counsel and an effective date published before it takes effect.

1. Service

101 Pay (the "Platform") provides cross-border payout services to business users that have completed onboarding and compliance review ("Merchants"): after pre-funding, Merchants instruct the Platform to pay designated beneficiaries. The Platform does not provide collection services.

2. Accounts and security

Merchants must safeguard login credentials, API private keys and two-factor devices. The Platform does not store merchant private keys; losses caused by key leakage are borne by the Merchant. The Platform may enforce two-factor authentication per role.

3. Fund rules

Funds are frozen on payout submission; debited on success; released to the available balance after the Platform confirms no payment was made. While the upstream result is unconfirmed, funds remain frozen. The Platform makes no commitment on arrival time.

4. Fees

Fees are calculated from the rates configured for the Merchant and are visible in the pre-submission quote. The Platform may adjust rates with prior notice.

5. Prohibited use

Merchants must not use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or any activity violating applicable law. The Platform may suspend suspicious transactions and report as required by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits; liability for any single transaction is limited to the fee of that transaction unless the law provides otherwise.

7. Changes and termination

The Platform may update these terms and publish them on this page; material changes will be notified in advance. Merchants may request account closure at any time, effective after in-flight orders and settlements complete.
