1. What we collect
Business and contact information required for onboarding and compliance review; beneficiary information in payout orders; login and operation logs (IP, time and action type).
2. Purpose
Delivering the payout service, risk control, reconciliation and audit, and meeting legal obligations such as anti-money-laundering. We do not use data for advertising and do not sell data to third parties.
3. Storage and protection
Data is stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure with least-privilege access recorded in audit logs. Sensitive fields such as ID and card numbers are masked at log write time.
4. Sharing
Beneficiary information is shared only with the payment executor to the extent necessary to complete the payment, or with regulators as required by law.
5. Retention
Transaction and audit records are retained for the minimum period required by applicable law; after account closure, non-essential data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period.
6. Your rights
Merchants can view and export their data in the portal; requests to access or correct personal information can be made through official contact channels.
